Adult Sibling & Family Therapy

At the heart of every family are connections that hold the potential for deep love, growth, and healing. Yet, these same connections can sometimes become sources of conflict, misunderstanding, and pain. In family therapy, I create a safe and supportive space where each family member can express their thoughts, feelings, and needs. We’ll work together to uncover the underlying issues that disrupt harmony and explore new ways of relating that foster understanding, respect, and closeness.

I work with adult family members (18 and older), whether that be a parent-child dyad, siblings, or a whole family, who wish to work together to create new understanding and healthier interactions. Whether your family is navigating the challenges of major life transitions, communication breakdowns, the impact of trauma or mental health conditions, or the desire to connect after estrangement or seasons of distance, your sessions will be tailored to meet your unique needs. I will help you develop insight into your particular issues and learn the skills needed to rebuild trust, enhance resilience, and cultivate a stronger, more loving family dynamic.

Family therapy is not just about addressing problems—it’s also about celebrating strengths and rediscovering the joy of being together. Through guided discussions, practical exercises, and shared experiences, we’ll work on strategies that empower each family member, improve empathy, and encourage healthy boundaries and effective communication. My goal is to help your family move from conflict and isolation to connection and mutual support.
