Investing in ourselves and our relationships is perhaps the most critical investment that we can make.

Individuals: $250/ 50-60 minutes, individual intake $275

Couples/Family: $270/ 60 minutes or 75 minutes at a prorated rate.

$395/90-minute couples intake

We will begin with the understanding that we meet weekly and that, as we progress, we will lessen our contact. Longer sessions are best for couples' work; the longer we can meet in the beginning means quicker progress. I always advise that we "front load" therapy when possible so that our work can take root and transition to lessen contact and less frequent "check-ins" more quickly.

Sliding-Scale: I am committed to providing accessible services whenever possible. If I have sliding scale spots available and can accommodate you, I will. I reserve several spots for sliding scale clients in my practice. Please let me know if you feel drawn to work with me but cannot afford my rate. 

Insurance: I am considered an out-of-network provider for most insurance payers, but  I am happy to submit out-of-network claims on your behalf or provide you with coded super-bills to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. We can discuss which option is best for you in our consultation.
